Construction M&E Engineer

Penerangan pekerjaanDiploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering, or related field. Candidates with at least 3-5 years of experience in M&E works will have an advantage. Knowledge of M&E systems, building services, and authority requirements. Familiar with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, or related engineering software. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Mandarin (spoken & written) for communication with China-based management. Willing to be based at project sites and travel when required. Overview
Plan, coordinate, and supervise Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works at project sites.
Ensure all M&E works comply with project specifications, drawings, standards, and authority requirements.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth progress of works.
- Monitor site installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems.
- Prepare technical reports, work progress updates, and site documentation.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and quality control to ensure timely completion.
- Review M&E shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements for approval.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide practical solutions during project execution.
- Support Project Manager in cost control, resource management, and site coordination.
