• Customer Satisfaction : respond positively and professionally to customers’ questions, queries, feedback or requests.
• Organization Efficiency : play an active role to ensure the safety of storage, sales floor, merchandise and people in the store.
• Control the merchandise flow according to cashier’s procedures.
• Ensure proper usage of all Company’s assets.
• Ensure sufficient paper rolls on each POS.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards at the cash register.
• Report to immediate superior any faulty or damaged assets.
• Employee training and development : participate in any assessment or performance review conducted; participate in training activities assigned.
• Financial Performance : protect all information pertaining to financial statements and data.
