【TECOBAR】Finance and Operation Director

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage operational planning and strategic development while conducting market and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with TECO headquarters to ensure alignment with operational plans and strategic goals.
• Oversee internal management and organizational optimization, promoting cross-departmental collaboration to enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Standardize and streamline back-office operations across related entities in Malaysia to ensure consistency with the group's policies and procedures.
• Manage finances and resources, analyze operational data, and provide insights for decision-making.
• Oversee and supervise all financial, accounting, human resources, general administration, IT, legal affairs, contracts, auditing, procurement and operational functions to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Implement risk management and regulatory compliance to ensure stable company operations.
• Compile financial reports and operational status updates, presenting improvement measures to the board of directors and headquarters.
