Role Summary You’ll be the brains behind the big ideas—crafting strategic campaign proposals that make clients say yes. You’ll work across two main areas : -Client Campaigns – ideate and structure compelling communication campaigns (digital, advocacy, creative) -BTB Sponsorship Campaigns – develop strategic proposals for brands to participate in our flagship events through sponsorship or collaboration This is not a media buying or execution role. It’s a thinking role for someone with a sharp eye for cultural tension, creative opportunities, and strategic framing.
