We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and execute digital campaigns that build brand awareness, drive leads, and engage customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current digital marketing tools and strategies, able to lead integrated digital campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and website).
  • Plan and execute content strategies for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and user funnels to maximize lead conversions.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and optimize performance based on data insights.
  • Monitor and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs.
  • Conduct market research to identify new digital trends and insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (designers, content creators, sales) to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Manage influencer partnerships and digital collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
  • Maintain and improve the company website, ensuring best practices in UX, SEO, and overall performance.
  • Support digital marketing budget planning and ensure effective allocation of resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the retail, or home appliances industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, best practices, and tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, etc.).
  • Hands‑on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and social media marketing.
  • Excellent knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
  • Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling for digital channels.
  • Experience in managing e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and data‑driven thinking.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
