Overview

Role : Corporate Finance Associate — Kuala Lumpur. Full-time, on-site role ideal for early-career professionals with 1–3 years of experience who want to grow in corporate finance.

Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (On-site)

Responsibilities

  • Fundraising Support - Assist in fundraising initiatives by preparing investor materials and engaging with financiers and partners.
  • Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) - Support due diligence, valuation, and deal structuring activities.
  • Financial Modelling & Analysis - Develop financial models, projections, and business analyses.
  • Reports & Presentations - Prepare investment memos, pitch decks, and internal financial reports.
  • Strategic Support - Provide insights and analysis to support corporate strategy and growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, advisory, audit, or related areas.
  • Strong interest in fundraising, M&A, strategic planning, and corporate finance.
  • Solid foundation in financial modeling, valuation, and financial reporting.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to present financial data clearly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Healthcare industry experience and networks are a strong plus, but not required.
  • Age is not a barrier – we value attitude and drive.
