Head, Innovation Lab

Position Objective

To lead AHAM Asset Management’s Innovation Lab in driving strategic, technology‑enabled transformation across the organization. This role encompasses visionary leadership and hands‑on execution in overseeing core systems and platforms, owning the business logic behind operational and client‑facing solutions, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and digital innovation. The position requires agility in aligning digital strategies with evolving business needs, growth objectives, and regulatory compliance, while maintaining a strong focus on customer and stakeholder value. A key responsibility includes optimizing systems and processes to reduce redundancy and waste, and championing automation through AI / ML and citizen‑led technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• 1. Innovation Leadership

Develop and execute the Innovation Lab’s strategic roadmap aligned with AHAM’s business goals.

Oversee the architecture, functionality, and evolution of internal systems.

Manage the full product life cycle of internal systems and digital solutions – from ideation, design, and development to go‑live and post‑launch enhancements.

Act as a bridge between business / operations and technology teams, ensuring clear communication and shared understanding.

Define KPIs to measure innovation success and system performance.
