What We Offer

Job Position : Customer Service Executive ( English & Mandarin Speakers Only )
Working Hours : 7am to 3am rotational shift, 5 working days per week

You will play an important role in :

Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other raising issues related to the company's products.

To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.

Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.

What We're Looking For

Minimum SPM qualification and fresh graduates are welcome - TRAINING Provided

Fluent in Mandarin (speak only) & English

Willing to work in Ara Damansara

Strong communication & problem-solving skills

Willing to work on a shift basis (7AM - 3AM) , each shift consists of 9.5 working hours and includes 1-hour lunch for rest and another 30 minutes of break
