A leading industrial company is looking to hire Senior Legal Executive under the Head of Legal APAC. You will be responsible for the following : Create and scrutinize various legal documents such as service agreements, purchase agreements, leases, and confidentiality agreements to ensure they align with company policies and legal requirements. Provide legal guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual rights, obligations, and potential risks. Ensure that all contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Ensuring an organization adheres to data protection laws and regulations by developing, implementing, and monitoring privacy policies, conducting risk assessments, training employees, and acting as a liaison with authorities. Qualified lawyer with minimum 7 years PQE working in a law firm or commercial in-house role with industrial, engineering company.
