Business Development Executive (Johor, KL, Sabah, Penang, Sarawak)

Overview Mega Flour Sdn Bhd is a local-based company established on 17 September 2013 with branches in Johor Bahru, Shah Alam, Penang, Sabah & Sarawak. We supply quality Bakery and Pastry Ingredients and are the sole distributor of high-quality flour products.

Responsibilities

Aggressively develop new business opportunities.

Take action in a tactful way to encourage timely collections.

Maintain good relationships with current clients and new clients.

Coordinate with supply chain, oversee special orders, make stock reservations, and ensure order fulfilment.

Build and maintain good product knowledge.

Stay current with market trends and competitors to identify improvements.

Identify customer’s needs and translate them into concrete offerings.

Provide support to Marketing activities.

Prepare periodical sales reports and sales and development plans.

Perform other tasks as and when required.

Job Requirements

Possess Professional Certificate / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any field.

Passionate about food, bakery, culinary.

Experience in Sales (training provided if no experience).

Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Self-motivated and goal oriented, with a desire to deliver results.

Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (Preferred). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
