- Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure for the Treasury department, ensuring system availability, performance, and security.
- Implement and support treasury applications, electronic trading platforms and systems, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of treasury systems with other banking systems.
- Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and take proactive steps to optimize system operations.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including configuration settings, procedures, and best practices.
- Conduct regular system audits and ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards.
- Provide technical support and training to treasury staff on system usage.
