Van / Car / Bike Courier (Mutiara Bukit Raja, Selangor)

Overview

Responsible for delivery and receive parcels in assigned area according to Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).

Deliver parcels in perfect condition, not broken or damaged and on time.

Responsible for contacting customers to make an appointment for pick-up and delivery the parcels, manage customer payment of transportation (Cash on Delivery) and send to supervisor or cashier.

Verify and check the receiving-delivering process to be completed via the Flash Kit system.

Perform other tasks by order of the supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parcels in the assigned area in accordance with SOPs.
• Ensure parcels are delivered in good condition, on time, and without damage.
• Contact customers to schedule pick-ups and deliveries; manage Cash on Delivery payments and forward to supervisor / c cashier as applicable.
• Verify and document the receiving and delivering process in the Flash Kit system.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
