HR Assistant / Officer (Simpang Ampat, Penang)

To assist HR Manager in all HR functions such as Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Monthly Payroll Administration, Employee Relations and Performance Appraisal.

Update and maintain proper filing such as employees’ personal file, ISO documentation, training records, medical insurance, staff confirmation, etc.

Liaise with agencies on foreign worker application and renewal.

Job Requirements

Possess Diploma / Degree in Human Resource / Admin / Management or equivalent.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.

Must be a team player and possess the right and positive attitude towards work and the Company.

Experience using HR2000 & eOffice system will be added advantage.

Well-versed in Microsoft applications.

Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
