Join us as Chief Legal Officer (CLO) to lead our global legal strategy, ensuring compliance, risk management, and structural integrity across our multi-jurisdictional operations. You will tackle challenges like entity setups, regulatory compliance, and legal support for fundraising.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute legal strategies that support cross-border entity structuring, tax-efficient fund flows, and capital movements.
• Advise on major business decisions, including market expansion, product launches, and corporate structuring in alignment with international legal frameworks.
• Ensure full compliance with evolving fintech regulations, including AML / KYC and EU payment agent laws.
• Lead regulatory readiness efforts for audits, inquiries, and inspections across jurisdictions.
• Partner with leadership to prepare for fundraising and future IPO activities.
• Oversee complex contract negotiations for banking, PSPs, and intercompany agreements.
