Supporting Chief Financial Officer in overall Boost Holdings Group’s financial planning for budgeting and forecasting process and management reporting and provide recommendation to top management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible on management reporting, budgeting, and financial planning.
- Custodian for the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting and analysis package.
- Facilitate monthly / quarterly presentations for Board meetings & performance reviews.
- Lead in–depth performance analysis of Boost Holdings’ portfolio companies, including financial analysis, operational efficiency metrics & cash flow projections.
- To assist with queries from investors, external stakeholders, and Group.
- To facilitate annual portfolio valuation exercise and support impairment exercise.
- Builds and manages financial databases by organizing and analyzing a wide range of data sources.
- To initiate rolling forecast practice involving regular updates extending beyond the fiscal year.
- Develop financial models & analyses to support strategic initiatives and investment opportunities.
- Enhance performance analysis to include analysis of unit economics and sensitivity analysis.
- Facilitate project / process improvement / discussion with stakeholders ensuring profitability is maximized to meet the budget.

4-6 years of experience with exposure to financial planning and analysisExperience with Management consulting / Investment Banking / Corporate Strategy & Finance is desirable.Experience in a lean teams / start-up environment / cross-functional teams will be useful.Bachelor’s degree (a CFA would be a plus)This role reports directly to Chief Financial Officer, Boost Holdings.
