Summary

As junior NOC Engineer, assist in maintaining enterprise network. Participate in cloud resource deployment, monitoring, and basic operations to ensure stability of business-critical cloud infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide network support and troubleshooting services covering technologies including but not limited to :
• Routing / Switching / Wireless / Security : Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Aruba, Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5
• Analyze and diagnose network / performance issues, propose technical solutions; investigate root causes and develop improvement plans.
• Coordinate with service providers (hardware vendors, global carriers) for joint troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Conduct regular health checks for network devices and documentation.
• Implement network change requests following standardized procedures to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain network operation procedures and Standard Operating Documents (SOP).
• Provide 24 / 7 global network support through shift rotations.
