Head of Sustainability

The Head of Sustainability is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the Group’s overall sustainability strategy and vision. This individual will steer long-term sustainability goals, frameworks, and key initiatives, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. The role will ensure alignment with international standards, elevate the Group’s sustainability profile, and foster a culture of environmental and social responsibility across all business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group Sustainability Strategic Framework in alignment with corporate goals and global best practices.
• Lead the Sustainability Steering Committee; coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams on group-wide sustainability projects.
• Oversee all water, waste, energy, greenhouse gas (GHG), and environmental management programs, promoting reduction and efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with sustainability reporting standards and all regulatory requirements for the industry.
• Serve as the Group’s spokesperson for sustainability with customers, partners, industry bodies, and other external stakeholders.
• Promote a strong culture of sustainability, raising awareness and building engagement at every level within the Group.
• Represent the Group at industry forums; pursue applications for sustainability awards and relevant recognition.
• Track, analyze, and communicate sustainability KPIs, targets, and program effectiveness to executive leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve sustainability performance and manage associated change initiatives across the organization.
