About our client : Our client is one of the leading Conglomerate company across their industry. Currently, they are looking for a high caliber Tax, Assistant Manager talent to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize tax efficiency through strategic planning and ensure alignment with group-wide financial goals.
• Manage all corporate tax and GST matters, ensuring compliance with local regulations and timely submission of tax filings.
• Prepare and submit transfer pricing documentation; apply tax laws effectively to minimize liabilities and maximize incentives.
• Act as the main tax advisor for the Company and subsidiaries, providing insights on tax implications of business decisions and regulatory changes.
• Oversee the preparation, review, and submission of tax provisions, estimates, reports, and returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with tax authorities, auditors, and consultants; respond to audits, queries, and notices professionally and effectively.
• Establish and maintain systems to identify, assess, and manage tax risks, ensuring strong governance and compliance controls.
• Identify process efficiencies in tax and finance operations, manage special tax assignments, and support tax matters.
