Seeking an experienced Product Specialist in Clinical Diagnostics with a strong background in sales and science communication.

Responsibilities

  • Execute sales strategies and marketing plans to achieve agency sales targets.
  • Effectively communicate and promote clinical benefits and technical performance data of diagnostics solutions to laboratory managers, scientific officers, HODs, clinical consultants, clinicians, and Key Opinion Leaders to develop and grow existing accounts and acquire new accounts.
  • Develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Principals to build trusting, long‑lasting partnerships.
  • Determine market requirements and drive significant impact in healthcare via existing and new products.
  • Collaborate with technical engineering and application specialist teams to ensure successful implementation of projects and laboratory solutions at customer sites.

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Biomedical Engineering, Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or related fields. A Master’s degree or Doctorate (PhD) is preferred.
  • Preferably 2–4 years of experience in medical sales or related healthcare fields such as Clinical Laboratory, Clinical Diagnostics, IVD, Medical Technology, Clinical Chemistry, or Biochemistry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive, self‑learning, determined, and resourceful attitude.
  • Candidates with no prior sales experience but with the above competencies may apply.
  • Valid driver’s license; ownership of a car preferred.
  • Ability to converse in Mandarin is an advantage.
