Senior Graphic Designer (Mandarin Speaker)

Lead and execute high-quality design projects for campaigns, websites, social media, landing pages, and in-game assets.

Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and UI / UX teams to maintain consistent brand identity across all visual materials.

Conceptualize and design promotional banners, digital ads, key visuals, event campaigns, and motion graphics for online marketing initiatives.

Develop visual guidelines and ensure design consistency across all communication channels.

Mentor junior designers, provide creative direction, and oversee the quality of team deliverables.

Stay updated on design and marketing trends

Manage tight deadlines and multiple design requests in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

5+ years of design experience , preferably in the Gaming / entertainment / digital marketing industry .

Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality, creative digital works across web, social, and mobile platforms.

Experience with motion graphics, video editing , and 3D assets (bonus).

Understanding of digital marketing principles, especially conversion-driven design.

Strong sense of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
