About the Role We are representing a leading hyperscale data centre developer seeking an experienced Project Manager (Mechanical / MEP) to lead project delivery from planning to handover. The role ensures projects are executed efficiently, meeting quality, budget, and timeline targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, budgeting, and execution in line with company objectives.
- Oversee MEP design, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Manage consultants, contractors, vendors, and procurement processes.
- Conduct due diligence and feasibility studies for new projects.
