JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Act as a Commercial Enterprise Sales Manager (hunter) for Green Field new acquisitions.Manage a cluster of clients, both new and existing.Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales quotas with a focus on Green Field acquisitions.Provide leadership and motivation to the sales team.Identify and analyze client preferences to direct sales efforts effectively.Resolve client complaints, staffing issues, and other operational problems.Collaborate with executive leadership (AVP) to develop sales strategies and quotas.Travel within assigned territories to present products to potential clients.Nurture leads and set appointments to present company products.Identify client needs and prepare sales proposals.Demonstrate product features to clients.Upsell and cross-sell to existing clients.Provide feedback on marketing, pricing, and location strategies.Complete and submit order forms for processing.Participate in sales activities, including door-to-door, events, promos, cold calling, and online initiatives.Maintain a proactive, growth-oriented sales approach.Manage customer leads and follow up for sales conversion.Ensure excellent customer experience and timely delivery of services.Comply with company procedures and policies.Continuously learn and adapt to new skills and tools.Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.REQUIREMENTS :
Leadership experience.Experience in door-to-door sales.Sales experience in B2C and B2B industries.Experience in service-related industries.Background in direct sales.High level of innovation and creativity.Passionate and curious to learn.About Us
