Penerangan pekerjaanAdhere to QMS policies and procedures. Review the completeness, accuracy and validity of all entries made in the work package. Control and maintain quality records and the work packages. All documentation and records shall remain legible and stored and retained so they are readily retrievable. Retention requirements are defined in the Quality procedures. Responsibilities
- Determining inspection protocols, define sampling procedures and determining equipment and mechanisms to be used in the inspection process.
- Perform the daily task assigned by the QC supervisor and / or production planner to achieve output targets.
- Generate inspection reports timely and precisely.
- Resolve drawing problems and customer specifications by technical knowledge.
- Assist QA in customer complaint investigations by identifying the root cause and providing recommended actions.
- Ensure operation of QC tools is always in good condition and calibrated.
- Confer with customer representatives to resolve customer complaints.
- Work with engineers, production planners and designers to test and assess the quality of product output.
