Procurement Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the procurement of spare parts, tools, consumables, and engineering supplies for factory machinery and equipment.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best balance of cost, quality, and delivery time.
• Analyse supplier quotations and prepare cost comparison and recommendation reports for management approval.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate with the maintenance team to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Work closely with Maintenance, Production, and Account departments to align procurement activities with operational priorities.
• Lead and supervise the procurement team, ensuring accurate documentation, record-keeping, and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement in procurement efficiency, cost control, and compliance.
