About the Role

As a Security Architect , you will collaborate directly with enterprise clients to design, implement, and optimize cutting‑edge security solutions. You will lead projects end‑to‑end — from technical design and configuration to testing, deployment, and post‑implementation support — ensuring that all security solutions align seamlessly with customer business needs.

This role is ideal for a technically strong and client‑facing professional with deep expertise in web and network security, capable of managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical design, integration, and deployment of security solutions for enterprise clients.
  • Analyze client traffic patterns and system architecture to tailor solutions addressing complex security challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Project Management, and Product Support to ensure successful project execution.
  • Provide documentation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and go‑live support.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor and main point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Conduct workshops, solution reviews, and training sessions with clients.
  • Identify areas for service improvement and proactively resolve technical issues.
  • Contribute to process enhancements and knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Participate in ongoing learning initiatives to stay current with emerging technologies and threats.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT security, with proven expertise in web and network security .
  • Strong background in customer‑facing technical roles within IT or cybersecurity environments.
  • Solid understanding of threats and vulnerabilities , including the OWASP Top 10 .
  • Hands‑on experience with secure network and application architectures , DDoS protection , and Web Application Firewalls (WAFs) .
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across diverse teams and geographies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , or a related field.
  • Must have full‑time working rights in Malaysia.
