What you will do :
- Provide exceptional customer support via chats and emails
- Handle product‑related issues, including syncing and connectivity questions.
- Address system status and downtime inquiries
- Work with 2–3 cloud‑based products and understand basic cloud setup
- Collect bug reports and elevate them to the Level 2 team via Jira or Confluence
- Meet team KPIs
- Always be up‑to‑date with cutting‑edge technology
- Securely work with customers' sensitive information
- Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
- Maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services
- Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies
