Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s Degree or professional certification (e.g., CISSP, CCNA, ITIL, PMP) is an advantage.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, and system development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Solid understanding of network administration, server management, and database systems (e.g., SQL, MySQL, or Oracle).
• Experience in implementing and managing cybersecurity frameworks, data protection measures, and compliance with IT governance standards.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute system upgrades, integrations, and automation initiatives across departments.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of emerging technologies, IT trends, and best practices in digital transformation.
