Maintain and grow relationships with existing dealers and 4S centers.
Conduct regular visits to understand their needs, challenges, and support required.
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and the dealer network.
Achieve monthly sales targets & KPI
Monitor dealer sales performance and provide assistance as necessary.
Promote the company’s automotive refinish product range (e.g., paints, primers, clearcoats, etc.).
Conduct product training and demonstrations for painters, workshop staff, and sales personnel at 4S centers.
Identify and onboard new dealers or workshops.
Explore untapped territories or market segments (e.g., used car refurbishing, insurance-repair workshops).
Gather market intelligence on competitors' activities, pricing, and promotions.
Provide first-level technical assistance regarding product usage or complaints.
Coordinate with the technical service team for more complex product support or troubleshooting.
Follow up on product trials or feedback from dealers and end users.
Ensure timely order placements and follow-up on deliveries.
Help forecast product needs based on historical data and sales trends.
Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, and visit reports.
Assist in organizing promotional campaigns, roadshows, technical workshops, or painter loyalty programs.
Requirements
Possess minimum Diploma qualification or its equivalent.
Preferably 2 years related working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Sales and negotiation skills.
Good communication & interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
Basic understanding of vehicle painting / refinishing workflow is a plus.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
