The Senior Events Executive provides vital support to the Events Management Office and plays a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of events from conception to completion. This role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, demonstrating strong communication, exceptional organisational skills, and meticulous attention to detail. The Senior Events Executive must also be able to work effectively under pressure to ensure the smooth and seamless execution of each event.

As part of the responsibilities, the Senior Events Executive will occasionally be required to work after hours and on weekends, depending on event schedules. The position reports directly to the Manager, Events, and operates within the External Engagement and Advancement (EEA) Department, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, impactful events that strengthen the university’s reputation and community connections.
