The Brand Communications Manager will drive the execution of branding and communications strategies that position Sunway City Iskandar Puteri (SCIP) as a model sustainable and smart township. This role blends creativity, strategy, and brand engagement initiatives that enhance visibility, trust, and community connection.

Key Accountabilities :

Brand & Communications Leadership

  • Support the branding team in shaping and executing overall brand narratives for SCIP & the Southern Region.
  • Lead corporate communications, storytelling, media relations, and digital presence.
  • Manage day-to-day content planning, campaign rollouts, and corporate communications to strengthen brand consistency and recognition.

Campaigns, Events & Content

  • Oversee creative content development across social media, website, and traditional media.
  • Craft compelling copy and visuals that reflect brand voice and township values.
  • Digital & Social Media Management

  • Manage SCIP’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) with strong storytelling and engagement strategies.
  • Coordinate content calendars, community management, and performance tracking to optimise impact and engagement.
  • Stakeholder & Media Relations

  • Coordinate internal and external communications with media, partners, and community stakeholders.
  • Support press releases, media coverage, and outreach that reinforce SCIP’s reputation and credibility.
  • Brand Insights & Continuous Improvement

  • Track market trends, audience sentiment, and competitor activities to refine brand messaging and strategy.
  • Support brand audits, reporting, and insights generation to strengthen future planning and performance tracking.
  • What We’re Looking For :

    Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Branding, Media, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in corporate communications, brand marketing, or related roles (property or real estate industry experience preferred).
  • Skills & Attributes

  • Experience managing social media platforms, performance analytics, and community engagement.
  • Familiarity or experience in media relations, press coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Genuine interest in sustainable development, community building, and purpose-driven branding.
  • Added Advantages

  • Hands‑on familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
  • Exposure to creative, media, or public relations agencies.
  • Ability to draft or edit PR materials, advertorials, and editorial content for publications.
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, digital analytics, or paid media campaign management.
