Penerangan pekerjaanMinimum 3 years of experience in Auditing or Accounting in a manufacturing environment or Public Accounting firm Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CA / CPA certification or progress toward certification is a strong plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in accounting standards (USAAP, IFRS) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. What you will be responsible for :
- Prepare full set of accounts for multiple entities. Maintain and update general ledger accounts, oversee the daily accounting operations of the business, including revenue, expenses, and cost allocations.
- Prepare and review accounting entries, bank reconciliations, and month-end schedules.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes.
- Provide support for year-end group audit processes
- Responsible for local statutory audit, ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and provide support during external audit including preparation of financial statement for single entity.
- Perform Intercompany cross charge
- Liaise with corporate secretary on filing of the audited financial statement to ACRA
- Other duties as assigned including process improvement and optimization project and participate in implementation and enhancement of the ERP system and any other Company wide projects.
