Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring timely project completion, seamless transition to operation, optimal performance, regulatory and PPA compliance, vendor management, budget control, stakeholder communication, and HSSE governance.
• Monitor the completion of solar projects up to Commercial Operation Date (COD).
• Follow up with EPCC contractors on punchlist items and defect rectification to ensure timely and quality completion.
• Ensure successful issuance and closure of the Commercial Close Certificate (CCC).
• Supervise and coordinate with O&M vendors to ensure smooth, safe, and compliant operation of the plant.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including system availability, PR, and generation output.
• Ensure compliance with grid codes and authority requirements (e.g., TNB, Single Buyer, NLDC, GSO).
• Track and review O&M vendor deliverables and ensure alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor and evaluate internal and outsourced team performance.
• Lead regular performance review meetings and corrective actions as necessary.
• Liaise with government agencies and ensure all operational activities meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure operations comply with corporate policies, procedures, and group guidelines.
• Conduct detailed performance analysis and diagnostics of plant data to optimize output.
• Compile and present monthly operational reports to top management with performance insights and recommendations.
• Oversee procurement activities including vendor selection, purchase orders, and contract finalization.
• Manage and monitor the operational asset budget, ensuring expenditures align with forecasts.
• Maintain proper documentation for administrative, procurement, and financial records.
