Role and Responsibilities

  • Build a retention plan and structure for the ongoing management of the client base
  • Ensure that allocated clients are introduced / contacted regularly and well managed
  • Ensure that disputes and queries from clients can be solved in a timely manner
  • Actively engage clients to understand their unique needs, challenges, and aspirations
  • Adopt a proactive approach to grow clients base through client referrals and networking
  • Actively follow up on leads via client referrals and networking
  • Provide market commentaries and market training sessions exclusively for clients
  • Plan and execute marketing events, campaigns as directed by manager
  • Assist on client behaviour analysis and provide reporting on market and financial activities
  • Contribute insights to help enhance our product offerings and customer engagement strategies of the overall business

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Great interest in the fintech industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; working proficiency in Mandarin is highly regarded, and other additional language skills are advantageous.
  • Strong project management, multitasking and decision‑making skills.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent team player.
  • Highly organised and detail‑oriented.
