Scrubber Facilities Supervisor

Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and certified Scrubber Facilities Supervisor to oversee the operations and maintenance (O&M) of local scrubber systems , with close coordination alongside the HVAC and Mechanical O&M teams . The ideal candidate will hold a valid CEPSO certification (Certified Environmental Professional in Scrubber Operation) from DOSH Malaysia and possess relevant industry experience, preferably within a semiconductor manufacturing environment .

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and perform day-to-day operations and preventive / corrective maintenance of local scrubber systems .
• Ensure compliance with DOSH regulations and environmental health and safety standards.
• Coordinate closely with the HVAC and Mechanical Facilities O&M teams to support integrated facilities operations.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain detailed documentation and reporting.
• Conduct inspections, maintain SOPs, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance and training to technicians and junior staff where necessary.
• Liaise with vendors and contractors for maintenance activities, parts replacement, and upgrades.
