Overview

We are looking for an entry-level Infrastructure Operations engineer to support cloud and on-premises infrastructure, assist with deployment and monitoring tasks, and contribute to automation and security initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Operations Support
• Perform daily deployment and monitoring of virtual machines (EC2 / VMs), storage (S3 / EBS), and networking (VPC / SLB)
• Address L1 cloud platform alerts (CPU / Disk / Network anomalies) and conduct basic troubleshooting
• Assist in cloud cost tracking and identify abnormally consuming instances
• Automation Documentation
• Execute standardized resource provisioning using Terraform / Ansible scripts
• Maintain cloud resource inventory and operational knowledge base documentation
• Develop basic Shell / Python scripts for automated inspection tasks
• Security Compliance
• Implement foundational security policies (security group rules / IAM permission audits)
• Support cloud platform compliance checks (MLPS Level 2 / ISO27001)
