Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Event Executive role located in Sepang. The Event Executive will coordinate and manage events from inception through execution, ensuring seamless operations and an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include liaising with clients, collaborating with the event and catering teams, managing venue set-ups, and overseeing logistics. The Event Executive will also assist in vendor liaison, client proposal preparation, and maintaining event budgets while ensuring a focus on quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Event Coordination and Planning : Knowledge and experience in managing event logistics, timelines, and on-site execution.
• Client and Vendor Management : Strong communication and relationship-building skills to work effectively with clients, teams, and vendors.
• Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to prioritize tasks and solve issues under time-sensitive conditions.
• Technical Familiarity : Basic proficiency in AV equipment, presentation tools, and standard office software for event coordination.
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related fields are preferred.
