Hatch Asia is exclusively partnering with a global organization within the building materials industry to help identify a dynamic Project Accountant to oversee and monitor various installation projects.

The Challenges

• Financial Oversight & Reporting : Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, cash flows and financial reports; monitor expenditures, analyze variances, and prepare regular updates on financial performance and risks for senior management and stakeholders
• Cost Control & Optimization : Implement cost control procedures, identify cost-saving opportunities, review contracts for compliance, and ensure accurate project billing and cost / revenue alignment.
• Forecasting & Risk Management : Conduct detailed cost and sales forecasts, update projections based on changing conditions, identify potential financial risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Project Tracking & Collaboration : Collaborate with project managers to track milestones, deliverables, and timelines; assist in preparing schedules, resource plans, and addressing budget-related opportunities or threats.
• Process Improvement : Maintain accurate project documentation, enhance project management processes, and contribute to system improvements for greater efficiency.
• Ad Hoc Tasks & Management Support : Support management with ad hoc projects, reporting requirements, and ensuring all financial aspects align with organizational goals and standards.
