Process Engineer (Mechanical Engineering)

We are seeking a Process Engineer with a background in Mechanical Engineering to optimize and improve our production processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating mechanical systems, identifying process improvements, and ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality across operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze, design, and optimize mechanical processes to improve efficiency and product quality.

Troubleshoot process issues and implement effective engineering solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, and quality) to support process improvements.

Prepare technical reports, process documentation, and engineering drawings.

Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Support commissioning, testing, and installation of new equipment or systems.

Monitor process performance and implement cost‑saving initiatives.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in process or mechanical engineering (fresh graduates may be considered).

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Knowledge of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, and equipment design.

Proficient in CAD software and engineering simulation tools.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.
