Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant based in Selangor, Malaysia. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing schedules and diaries, coordinating meetings, and handling various clerical tasks. This role requires excellent organization and the ability to maintain confidentiality while efficiently managing daily tasks to support the executive's needs.

Qualifications

  • Competence in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong skills in Communication and interpersonal interactions
  • Experience in Diary Management and scheduling tasks
  • Proficiency in general Clerical Skills and administrative tasks
  • Organizational skills, time management, and the ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in office software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is an advantage
