Overview
We are actively recruiting for a Technical Support Specialist to join our Information Technology Team to analyze IT system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure effective IT service delivery.
Qualifications
- Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
- Relevant technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent (required)
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, helpdesk operations, or IT systems troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, mobile operating systems, and networking fundamentals
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, IT asset management, and device setup
- Familiarity with ITIL principles and ITSM frameworks for incident and service management
- In-depth troubleshooting and problem resolution for complex technical issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users

Provide in-person, phone, and remote technical support to end-usersDiagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues efficientlyInstall, configure, and repair IT hardware, software, and peripheralsAssist with IT training and documentation for end-usersPrioritize and resolve IT service tickets following ITIL best practicesManage IT assets, maintain inventory, and document IT support activitiesMaintain and update IT knowledge bases to support troubleshooting and service improvementServe as a mentor and technical resource for junior team members, including Technician AssistantsDeadline
