Overview

We’re looking for a results-driven Senior Key Accounts Manager to grow and manage strategic partnerships for our Offline Channels. In this role, you’ll be responsible for meeting sales targets, executing joint business plans, and optimizing in-store performance through effective promotions and forecasting. You’ll also lead a merchandising team, provide market insights, and support cross-functional initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly sales targets for assigned key accounts
  • Develop and execute joint business plans and promotions
  • Manage trade spend and optimize sales performance
  • Forecast stock and plan inventory with distribution centers
  • Monitor product lifecycle, stock levels, and in-store execution
  • Prepare sales reports and post-promotion analysis
  • Build strong relationships with buyers and key stakeholders
  • Track market trends and competitor activity
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with key partners
  • Manage and lead a merchandising team
  • Travel as needed for business requirements
  • Support ad-hoc commercial projects

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in pharmacy or FMCG key account sales (experience with Watsons / Guardian is a plus)
  • At least 1 year of experience managing or leading a sales team
  • Strong influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages / dialects are an advantage)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Highly organised, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to build strong business relationships and manage stakeholders effectively
