Collections Officer (1-year contract)

As a Collections Officer , you’ll play a key role in maintaining the financial health of our company by managing and recovering outstanding payments from clients. Your day-to-day will involve engaging with customers to discuss their accounts, negotiating practical repayment solutions, and ensuring timely settlements, all while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

This role calls for someone with sharp communication and negotiation skills, a keen eye for detail, and strong numerical acumen. A successful Collections Officer doesn’t just chase payments, they build trust, find win-win solutions, and help minimize company losses through strategic, customer-focused debt recovery.
