Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for recruiting and providing talent for JD's overseas business team;
- Communicate recruitment needs with the company's strategy and hiring department, complete daily recruitment delivery tasks, and find matching talents for the business;
- Expand and maintain recruitment channels, fully utilize various recruitment channels to meet the company's talent needs;
- Quickly familiarize oneself with the characteristics of the business being handled and the required talent profile for positioning, and accumulate insights into industry talent and trends;
- Good experience and skills in Mapping projects and other recruitment projects.
