About the role

Join our dynamic finance team at Insight Atlantic SDN BHD as an Accounting Clerk. In this full‑time role based in Setiawangsa, Kuala Lumpur, you will play a vital part in our Accounts Payable operations, contributing to the overall financial health and success of the company.

What you will be doing

  • Process and record accounts payable invoices and expenses in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain supplier records and ensure all payments are made according to agreed terms
  • Reconcile accounts payable statements and resolve any discrepancies
  • Provide support in the preparation of financial reports and analysis
  • Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing processes
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure efficient accounting practices
  • Stay up‑to‑date with relevant accounting regulations and best practices

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 1 year experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance preferred
