Overview

According to the company's overall safety strategy and goals, assist in formulating various safety management systems and regulations, organize and implement training and assessment of various safety management indicators, and achieve the factory's annual 0 accident goal.

Implement the company's cost control goals, actively reduce various costs of the factory, and ensure that production costs are continuously reduced while increasing output and ensuring quality.

According to the production plan issued by the business unit PMC, urge the department to achieve production tasks according to the production plan, and continuously improve and perfect the production process, achieve the pass rate target, improve production efficiency, and achieve the per capita output value target determined by the business unit.

According to the company's overall development strategy, assist department managers in formulating production strategic plans and action plans, comprehensively improve production capacity and quality capabilities, ensure safety, continuous improvement, and continuously reduce costs to achieve continuous growth in the performance of the business unit.

Responsibilities

• Assist in formulating safety management systems and regulations; organize and implement training and assessment of safety management indicators; work toward the factory's annual 0 accident goal.
• Implement cost control goals; actively reduce factory costs while increasing output and maintaining quality.
• Work with the PMC production plan to urge departments to meet production tasks, continuously improve production processes, achieve pass rate targets, improve efficiency, and reach per capita output targets set by the business unit.
• Assist in formulating production strategic plans and action plans; improve production capacity and quality capabilities; uphold safety and continuous improvement; reduce costs to drive growth in business unit performance.
