The Manager, People Operations & Support is responsible for driving the delivery of efficient, compliant, and employee‑centric HR operations. This role oversees day‑to‑day HR processes, systems, and data management ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement in HR service delivery. The incumbent will partner closely with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition and other internal stakeholders to enhance the employee experience and operational excellence across the employment lifecycle and service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute end‑to‑end HR operational processes including onboarding, employee data management, movements, and offboarding.
- Oversee HR documentation and record‑keeping in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Ensure timely processing and verification of HR transactions such as employment letters, changes in compensation, and benefits administration.
- Partner with Finance to ensure accuracy and timely payroll input and reconciliation.
- Maintain HR systems ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
- Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Serve as the point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes, ensuring timely and empathetic resolution.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of employee lifecycle events (e.g., transfers, exits).
- Contribute to HR communications, FAQs, and knowledge base development to promote self‑service and awareness.
- Ensure HR operations comply with employment laws, data protection, and internal controls.
- Prepare HR metrics, dashboards, and compliance reports to support audits and business decision‑making.
- Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation and timely responses.
- Lead or support cross‑functional projects in HR operations, digitalization, or service improvement.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness and employee experience through feedback and data insights.
- Support change management and training efforts for new HR processes or systems.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Proven years of progressive experience in HR operations, shared services, or HR service delivery, ideally within fintech, technology, or fast‑paced environments.Strong understanding of HR processes, data governance, and HR system.Proven track record in driving process improvements.Strong knowledge of local employment regulations and HR compliance requirements.Willingness to perform additional tasks as deemed necessary by the Company.Key Competencies
Technical
Proficiency in HR system / platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or equivalent).Experience in HR data analytics, reporting, and dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel).Knowledge of payroll interface and benefits administration processes.Strong process improvement and documentation skills.Experience supporting HR projects or system implementation initiatives.Behavioral
