E-commerce Executive

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced MALAY SPEAKER E-commerce Executive to join our dynamic team at TECKLAI(MY)SDN.BHD'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our online sales channels, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. This position is based in our Cheras, Kuala Lumpur office.

What You’ll Be Doing

Developing and implementing effective e-commerce strategies by creating Malay video content and live selling / hosting to increase online sales and market profit.

Managing and optimising our e-commerce platforms, including website, online marketplaces, and social media channels (TikTok & Shopee).

Analyzing customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Collaborating with the marketing and content teams to create engaging and persuasive product listings and promotional campaigns.

Liaising with cross-functional teams such as logistics and customer service to ensure seamless order fulfilment and post-purchase support.

Staying up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

What We’re Looking For

MALAY SPEAKER candidate who is not camera shy and willing to do video shooting and live selling / hosting.

SPM with minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce or live hosting, preferably within the marketing & communications industry.

Fresh graduates in diploma or degree in Mass Communication, Branding, Advertising and other related fields are welcome.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proficient in using e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and data analysis software.

Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions.

Creativity and a customer-centric approach to developing engaging and effective online experiences.

Adaptability and a willingness to learn and implement new e-commerce best practices.
