Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain online store operations (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
  • Plan and execute monthly promotions, campaign participation, and discount strategies.
  • Optimize product listings with attractive visuals, accurate descriptions, and SEO-friendly titles.
  • Coordinate product photography and creative content for online use.
  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze data to improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor competitor pricing, trends, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
  • Work closely with marketing and warehouse teams to ensure accurate stock updates and timely order fulfilment.
  • Handle customer inquiries and support to maintain high satisfaction ratings.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in e-commerce operations or online store management
  • Strong understanding of Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop backend systems

  • Able to work independently and coordinate between marketing and warehouse teams
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
