This full-time Clerk role at JEEVA PARTNERSHIP' in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading law firm. As a Clerk, you will play a vital administrative support function that is crucial to the smooth running of the company's legal operations.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing administrative and clerical support to lawyers and legal teams
- Preparing and organising legal documents, correspondence and files
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Coordinating schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient workflow
- Contributing to the overall success of the legal team and the firm
