Requirements

  • Minimum with certificate in any field or equivalent
  • At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Good knowledge of beauty treatments and products (e.g. for skin care)
  • Aesthetic Experience added advantage
  • Pleasant personality
  • Highly independent and Excellent in communication skills
  • Sales oriented and customer focus
  • Able to work on weekends and public holiday.
  • Work passionately in customer service
  • Computer literate
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Result oriented player with good interpersonal.
  • Creating a positive experience by welcoming and assisting clinic patients.
  • Able to speak and write in languages English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
  • Working location at these branches :
  • 1. Jelutong Penang
  • 2. Sungai Penang

Responsibilities

Main duties :

  • Assist doctor in all aesthetics and cosmetic procedures.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service.
  • Provide professional skincare counselling to patient.
  • Front desk reception duties, patient registrations, and appointment arrangement
  • Maintain general cleanliness and neatness of the product, store, and treatment rooms.

    • Other Duties :

  • Assisting patient on registration and update waiting time / which consultation room.
  • Assist doctor with examinations and routine procedures.
  • Assist in preparing and dispensing medications (To check with branch director)
  • Assist in / clinical procedures / operate medical equipment with care and professionalism.
  • Answering and handling incoming calls on inquires accordingly.
